Should I take time for Self-Care?

The answer is resounding YES!

I’ve been enjoying bringing you November’s self-care challenge through my Facebook page and we are only halfway through the month. I hope you’ve been gaining some insights into new habits that you can take away from it. Tailor it to what you need as I cover a wide range of challenges from diet and nutrition through to specific exercises that target a certain area of your body. alongside breathe work.

So far we’ve covered some delicious smoothie offerings, essential foot care, taking time to rest effectively as well as my bi-weekly Facebook live bonus sessions within my Facebook page. If you haven’t joined us already, you can access the page here.

Lockdown 2.0 has brought it’s fair share of stress and uncertainty to this month. As I type my local school has just closed its doors so that brings about its own challenges!! It’s increasingly important to ensure we give ourselves time to nurture from the inside out, take that extra 20 minutes to do a breathing exercise to ensure you can be more grounded and able to deal with all that the day brings.
