Studio welcomes all levels and abilities, we believe that movement is medicine and that with, regular mindful movement you can learn new strategies to enjoy a pain free life.

I would highly recommend Sarah, I have had unexplained and ongoing back pain for almost a year and alongside an osteopath I was recommended to start Pilates. A friend recommended Sarah and since starting her Pilates sessions, my back is finally moving forwards feeling better again. Sarah has completely tuned into my individual needs, explained so excellently and has been very encouraging. For a 21 year old worried about such back pain, the experience with Sarah has been completely positive for me.

Absolutely loved my first session of Barre Pilates today! Sarah is a fantastic instructor very thorough and knowledgeable, explaining everything as we went along. I feel great, loved all the stretching for my tight muscles and cannot wait for next week!

After numerous underwhelming visits to Barnstable outpatients to treat a poor functioning pelvic floor I thought I’d try Sarah’s Pelvic floor workshop. I found this and the follow on classes so helpful and informative and I am now so much more aware of what I am engaging, clenching and strengthening and really starting to see the results. To keep up the good work I have now joined Lara’s Strength and Conditioning class, just a few weeks in and already noticing an improvement. A friendly non competitive environment where you are encouraged to lift only what you are comfortable with. Always leave feeling I have done a good workout.
