Hello my name is Sarah and I would like to welcome you to MOVE. a fully equipped, home based, exercise facility specialising in mindful movement, in particular The Garuda Method & Pilates.
Mindful movement can help you to take charge of your health and wellbeing. Movement routines and activities are more than just physical, when done mindfully they allow the mind to focus helping to relieve stress levels and curb anxiety.
Located in Hersham, Bude, Cornwall EX23 9LZ we have 2 purpose built studios with plenty of onsite parking. We have a full range of live & on-demand classes on offer as well Garuda matwork classes, Barre classes and our specialised Garuda Apparatus sessions, which have been specially designed to facilitate the Garuda flow.

Mindfulness
My aim is to teach you mindful movement, teaching you to move into the space around you, creating space within your body.
Body Awareness
Throughout each class you are guided and made aware of your body alignment, you will discover new things about your own body and how you move.
Flexibility
One of the most satisfying parts of the classes is when we move into the spaces in the body that we don’t often move into you will become more flexible.
