Apparatus

Our Apparatus studio houses three unique multi-functional apparatus. They provide limitless possibilities and include the Reformer, Cadillac & Chair, taking movement, body conditioning and rehabilitation to another level. The small group and semi-private sessions on the Apparatus are a popular choice for friends & couples.  The Apparatus is a very popular choice for beginners and our male clients.

Incorporating apparatus can significantly enhance the workout by offering increased resistance, a greater range of motion, and more targeted muscle activation. This leads to improved strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Sarah Curtis teaches Garuda & Pilates Group sessions and works with clients on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis. Alongside the Garuda Method, Sarah uses The Franklin Method helping clients to improve body awareness through mindful movement. Sarah Miller also teaches a number of Group Pilates classes on the Apparatus.

We encourage all participants to complete our induction on the apparatus before attending our group Apparatus sessions. Our Inductions are carried out over 3 sessions. By the end of the induction, you should feel comfortable with the basic operations of the Pilates apparatus and have a clear understanding of what to expect in future classes. Induction on the Apparatus - £120.
