Barre is an exercise that can work for all fitness levels. These classes will stretch, strengthen, tone & mobilise your whole body. We use the barre as a tool, not only to add strength and stability as we move but to create control and support to assist us when needed. With the use of additional equipment such as bands, dumbbells and kettlebells we create length and tone whilst developing joint mobility, balance and co-ordination. This class is also a cardiovascular workout. Previous Pilates experience is recommended before joining our Barre classes. Garuda brings a holistic approach to movement, and is a strong and dynamic class.
