Mat

All our group classes follow the principles of Pilates & mindful movement. We use a variety of small equipment such as rollers, bands, balls, weights to add variety, modifications, and progressions where necessary. Our instructors are all fully certified Pilates instructors offering a wealth of knowledge and experience. We keep our group sessions small (maximum of 8 per class), so we can deliver classes that are welcoming, and student centred, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to learn and progress within their class. Our Group Mat schedule includes a regular class tailored specifically for men.

We offer a range of levels in all our group sessions;

Beginners, Reset and Introductory Classes are suitable for the complete beginner, but also ideal for those who are returning to regular classes after a break, injury or illness.

Level 1 (L1) is suitable for students that have gained enough experience and body awareness to feel confident to modify, increase the intensity of a movement with the instructor's guidance, or have completed one of the reset / Introductory courses.

Level 2 (L2) is suitable for students with a minimum of 6 months experience of mindful movement and have developed strength, mobility, coordination and control to be able to challenge their boundaries with more complex movements.
