Alongside our scheduled timetable of group classes, we offer a variety of courses and workshops. We believe that the knowledge gained from these informative courses/workshops, will accelerate your journey to creating change and improving your movement experience.
We run regular courses in Back Care, Pelvic Floor Health and Breath Work. We also cover additional topics, such as Pilates for runners/cyclists as well as sessions that will help to improve the biomechanics around a particular joint, such as the hips, shoulders or spine.
