As September is tapping on our shoulders telling us it’s time to get some routine back, I am really looking forward to returning to the Studio refreshed, Vitamin D levels topped up and with some fun, new sessions on the timetables.
This Autumn term, we have more variety on the timetables, high intensity, low impact as well as body awareness elements to the sessions. I’m including some cardiovascular fitness sessions to keep us strong and moving with energy.
As always, along with variety will come different levels. Through this, I will be ensuring ALL abilities are catered for. Modifications within sessions are always going to be available. |
